With nearly 20 years of experience spanning marketing, sales, project management, and property development, Cherise Neethling brings a wealth of knowledge and a dynamic, well-rounded perspective to real estate. Her experience ranges from managing large-scale residential developments to preparing feasibility studies and joint venture proposals, with particular expertise in identifying potential and creating value in new developments and plot-and-plan sales. Cherise is leading the way as Conlon Prop proudly expands into Cape Town with the launch of our newest branch, marking an exciting new chapter in our growth journey. Her industry insight, strategic thinking, and passion for property make her the ideal person to establish and grow our presence in the Cape Town market. Her professional background includes estate management and property valuation, and she is currently awaiting registration as a Candidate Valuer with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession. Academically, she holds a certificate in Project Management from University of the Witwatersrand and is currently completing her Diploma in Real Estate at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Creative, driven, and detail-oriented, Cherise combines strong technical expertise with a genuine passion for people and property.
